Over 180 programmes in Polish and almost 20 in English, five doctoral schools and affordable high-standard education – these are just a few of the benefits of studying at Nicolaus Copernicus University. The admissions system for the academic year 2024/2025 will open at 9 a.m. on 18th March 2024.

Be ready for the spring admission and begin your academic journey with Nicolaus Copernicus University! Currently, citizens of 57 countries are studying at our university and now you can join them.

NCU as one of ten Polish universities was granted the status of a research university in the first competition of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education "Excellence Initiative – Research University". NCU is ranked in the prestigious Academic Ranking of World Universities and The Times Higher Education ranking.

NCU provides an opportunity not only for scientific and education but also for cultural and social development. We have a student-friendly campus, where – besides accommodation – you can receive well-being support, socialize with others, and take care of your shape in high-quality sports facilities. The first admission round will start on 18th March and stay open until 5th April. The second round will start on 3rd June and the last one on 29th July.
