Employee satisfaction survey

On May 4, 2026 starts the NCU employee satisfaction survey. The aim of the survey is to collect opinions on various aspects of work at University.

The feedback will enable to identify the University's strengths and weaknesses and will be used to improve employees' job satisfaction, more efficient management and improvement of working conditions.

Each person authorized to take part in the survey will receive the questionnaire on their personal university e-mail account. The survey is anonymous and completing the questionnaire should not take more than 15 minutes.

The employee satisfaction survey will last until September 30, 2026 and is carried out pursuant to Order No. 210 of the Rector of Nicolaus Copernicus University of October 24, 2023.
