It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the first edition of the YUFE Academy, a joint initiative of all members of YUFE European University, whose aim is to share knowledge and enable students, staff, and interested citizens to get the feel of YUFE.

For five weeks in November and December four online lectures a week will take place in the different YUFE universities, thus 'travelling' through ten European countries and giving a unique experience of twenty very different academic classes. All twenty online lectures together cultivate into a programme you can follow entirely or only some parts of. All these little building blocks together make the YUFE Academy, a beneficial gathering and learning experience for YUFE students, staff and citizens.

The YUFE Academy in 2020 will focus on YUFE’s first focus area, European identity and responsibilities in a global world.  The lectures feature the values, culture, and roots of contemporary Europe, but also look ahead at the future of Europe, as well as at economic changes and education and tourism in the world of and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the co-creating and open spirit of YUFE, the audience is asked to actively participate such as through asking questions or making remarks.

Does this sound like something you would be eager to take part in? All you need to do is register your attendance and block the timeslot in your calendar.

You can find the registration links in the course descriptions following this link >
