Tuesday 9 June at the NCU Copernican Integration Centre.

The event marking the National HR Employee Day is being organised at the Nicolaus Copernicus University for the fourth time and is open to all University staff. The event aims to foster integration within the academic community and create opportunities for conversation in a less formal setting. An important part of the event will be one-to-one chats over coffee with university officials, as well as a dynamic form of networking based on short, rotating conversations.

The picnic programme also includes a range of entertaining and interactive activities. These will include, amongst other things, university-themed charades and a competition to come up with a slogan promoting employment at UMK, the winner of which will be announced during the event. Anyone interested in taking part should submit their competition entry by 8 June (by 12 noon) to hr@umk.pl.

The key features of the event will include physical activities and relaxation zones. Attendees will be able to use exercise bikes, stationary bikes, and take part in fitness and stretching classes. There will also be a relaxation area, where activities such as the 'Breathe Deeply'  session and body composition analysis will be available.

NEUCA will also be joining the initiative, helping to organise part of the picnic programme.

The event will begin on Tuesday 9th June at 12 noon at the Copernican Integration Centre (Address: ul. Olszewskiego 16).
