New parking rules
Starting September 1st, 2025, the car park in front of the NCU Auditorium and the Rectorate will operate under new rules.
The changes are aimed at improving user safety and ensuring better organization of parking space in the central part of the NCU campus. Clear access rules and improved traffic flow are intended to facilitate the daily functioning of this zone, especially during peak hours.
The car park at ul. Gagarina 11 offers 210 parking places:
- 100 spaces will be available free of charge NCU employees from Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Other users will pay PLN 4 for each started hour of parking.
- A monthly parking pass will also be available:
– PLN 80 for students,
– PLN 160 for other users.
Payments can be made at parking meters and using the APCOA Flow app offered by the parking operator, APCOA.

Other new developments include:
- 2 charging stations for electric vehicles,
- 10 parking places for people with disabilities.
“The new parking rules are not just a matter of tidying up the space," says Karolina Sokalska, NCU Chancellor. “They are a real step towards safety, predictability, and accessibility. This is particularly important in places that are used so intensively, such as the car par in front of the Rectorate and the NCU Auditorium."
The new rules will be implemented on a trial basis during the first two weeks of September. During this time, an information campaign will be conducted—both through university communication channels and through direct contact between APCOA employees and drivers.
The APCOA Flow app can be downloaded from the AppStore and Google Play.
