Tell us about your studies – satisfaction & course evaluation
Until September 30, a student satisfaction survey and evaluation survey of didactic classes are being conducted at UMK. The results of the anonymous surveys will help improve the functioning of the University in terms of the quality of education and work organization.
A student satisfaction survey has been conducted at UMK since May 5, 2025. Its purpose is to assess the level of student satisfaction with the infrastructure, administration, internal communication, study program, and didactic classes, as well as their overall satisfaction, and then to use the results to improve the functioning of the University, especially in the areas most frequently indicated by the respondents. How to participate in the survey? Every person studying at UMK has received a link to the survey in their student email account. The survey is anonymous. Completing the questionnaire will take no more than 10 minutes.
The survey is conducted on the basis of Order No. 211 of the Rector of UMK of October 24, 2023.
On June 6, questionnaires for evaluating classes conducted in the summer semester and throughout the 2024/2025 academic year were made available in the USOS system. It takes only a few minutes to complete the evaluation form for a single course. Thanks to the responses of students and the opinions expressed through the survey, lecturers can improve their work, while university and faculty authorities can improve the education process and recognize the best teachers.
The questionnaire allows you to add additional comments about the classes, and the student can decide whether the comment will be hidden or visible to the lecturer. Hidden comments are sent directly to the deans of the faculties and the rector, so it is recommended to use this option wisely and only in justified situations, e.g. when no other form of communication is available.
Participation in the survey consists of completing a questionnaire available after logging into the USOS system or the UMK Mobile USOS application.
The course evaluation questionnaires, as well as the student satisfaction survey, will remain open until September 30, 2025.
