First Day of Spring in KOI Edible Garden

Celebrate the arrival of spring in the KOI Edible Garden! On the First Day of Spring, we're kicking off our fourth garden season. We’ll meet on Saturday, March 21, at 12:00 p.m.

The program includes:

  • the first sowing of early vegetables – lettuce, chives, spinach, and radishes
  • creative workshops, including making garden signs together
  • spring soup made from wild plants prepared by the vegetarian bistro Chwast Prast
  • a performance by the Historical Reenactors Group "Twilight of the Epoch"

The event is open to everyone. Location: Edible Garden at the Copernicus Integration Center, Olszewskiego 16, Toruń.
