Toruń Improvised Orchestra - concert and workshops

Join the Copernican Integration Centre on Saturday, July 18, for an evening of spontaneous music, creativity, and community.

The evening begins with a concert by the Toruń Improvised Orchestra (TOI) - an open musical collective where the music is created in the moment. There are no fixed compositions, and musicians of different experience levels perform together through free improvisation and signal conducting.

After the concert, everyone is invited to take part in an interactive workshop and become part of the orchestra! You don't need any previous musical experience.

  • Just want to listen? You're more than welcome.
  • Have your own instrument? Bring it along and join in.
  • Don't have an instrument? No problem! We'll provide one for you.

Schedule:

  • 7:00 PM Concert by the Toruń Improvised Orchestra
  • 8:00 PM Free improvisation & signal conducting workshop, followed by a shared performance

Copernican Integration Centre, 16 Olszewskiego Street, Toruń. Free entry. Come and experience music that has never been played before and will never be played the same way again.

The graphic design and content for the event were prepared by volunteers from the European Solidarity Corps: Laura, Eylul, Michaela, Malak and Michał.
