Exchanging curricula, systems and ways of teaching English for Specific Purposes and establishing international contacts - these are the aims of the YUFE - Ukraine ESP Contact Seminar, which took place from 5 to 7 December at NCU's University Centre for Foreign Languages.

Academic teachers of specialist English from YUFE-affiliated universities were invited to participate in the seminar entitled 'Bridging Borders through Internationalization': University of Antwerp, University of Bremen, Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris, as well as from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

The meeting may result in future implementation of joint projects by male and female students in an international environment

The event is aimed at exchanging knowledge and experience of curricula, systems and ways of teaching at host universities in Toruń, as well as establishing international contacts between lecturers of English representing various areas of specialisation: law, business, history, military science, philosophy, mathematics, physics, communications, history, natural sciences and others.

The meeting may result in future joint projects between students in an international environment, focused on teaching different areas of English for Specific Purposes.
