3R Modular partnership from Michalowice has submitted the most favourable bid for the construction of the NCU Stomatology Centre educational facility. Researchers and students are expected to move into it as early as October 2026.

The Nicolaus Copernicus University Stomatology Centre facility will be built on the site of the Dr. Jan Biziel University Hospital No. 2 in Bydgoszcz, facing Ujejskiego Street. The four-storey building, with a total usable area of more than 4,500 square metres, will house modern seminar and lecture rooms, a test examination centre and full technical and logistical facilities, enabling the training of, among others, paediatric dentists, orthodontists, radiologists, dental surgeons, periodontists and prosthodontists.

The investment will be carried out under the “design and build" system. The building will be constructed using modular technology with a structural steel frame. The modules will be as large and highly prefabricated as possible, which will significantly shorten the investment's execution time.

Three companies competed for the design and construction contract: Arcus Technologie from Celestynów, TECHBAU Budownictwo from Raszyn and 3R Modular from Michałowice. The cheapest offer, amounting to PLN 68.7 million, was submitted by 3R Modular. The other two proposals exceeded PLN 72.5 million. The contract with the successful contractor is scheduled to be signed on Wednesday, May 7. From then on, the Michalowice-based company will have 100 days to obtain a construction permit.
