Plan your development with the help of a mentor
Applications for the third edition of the Uni-ME mentoring programme are open until 6 February. For students, this is a unique opportunity to receive personalised support in planning their education and development path, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by NCU's YUFE alliance and international programmes and partnerships.
The main objective of the programme is to provide support in planning an educational path with an international component, while its long-term goals include promoting the idea of building a European University, and stimulating cooperation and communication between NCU units. The initiative also serves to create a mentoring institution at the university, where mentors, as experts and ambassadors of the programme, prepare subsequent candidates for the role of future mentors.
What benefits does Uni-ME offer to students? Mentees, i.e. programme participants, will learn from their mentors how to organise a trip to a foreign university or take part in a course abroad. They will also receive individual support from their mentors in self-development and the implementation of their plans, and will take part in inspiring workshops and meetings that open up new perspectives.
By participating in this year's edition, they will have the opportunity to use the Mentiway platform, which provides:
- an effective AI-supported mentoring pair recommendation system,
- a set of tools for planning the mentoring process, organising meetings, and collecting notes and materials all in one place,
- an organised knowledge base that can be used immediately or gradually, with new materials sent to your inbox,
- ready-made mentoring session scenarios that guide mentors and mentees through the entire process.
Applications are submitted via the Mentiway platform.
