At the Chair of Information Space Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences, a project has been launched called "Report a troll". As part of it, students of Information Architecture at NCU will verify false information concerning the war in Ukraine which appear in the digital space.

The project's core is zglostrolla.pl platform, initiated jointly by Brand24 and Nieagencja companies, aimed at gathering information on fake news. Correctly identified pieces of disinformation will be sent to NASK National Research Institute or to the social platform on which they were published. The originators of this initiative have been working in the IT industry for years and they deal with monitoring of the Internet and social media. Brand24 is a creator of a tool for collecting public mentions of brands, products etc. Nieagencja, in turn, specializes in creating and implementing communication strategies, social media services and implementation of advertising campaigns.

NCU students are participating in the project under the guidance of NCU Professor Małgorzata Kowalska-Chrzanowska, PhD and doctor Przemysław Krysiński.
