Making eco-friendly Christmas balls, decorating the Christmas tree and tasting Christmas delicacies were all part of the programme of the winter fair organized for international students at the Nicolaus Copernicus University.

The event, which took place on December 13 in the neighboring Student House No. 8, was addressed to students from all over the world who are studying at the Nicolaus Copernicus University both within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme and in full-time mode.

The participants of the winter fair had the opportunity to make their own eco-friendly Christmas ball and decorate it with a personalized message or drawing. Among the international slogans that ended up on the decorations were such as: "Feliz Navidad," "Lots of dumplings in the coming 2023," "Iyi Noeller" or "Joyeux Noël."

Also, during the meeting there were specialties that are traditionally on the Christmas table: dumplings and borscht, as well as hot tea with lemon and cloves.

The Christmas fair was organized by the Department of International Partnerships and Educational Mobility, Department of Admissions and Student Affairs in cooperation with the NCU Student Government and the Erasmus Student Network Toruń.
