Rector's scholarship
Rector's scholarship may be granted to a student who obtained a high GPA (Grade Point Average) in the preceding year and has significant scientific, artistic or sports achievements on the national and/or international level. You should notice that only previous years' academic and artistic achievements are taken into consideration when granting a scholarship. In the case of students who studied in another country in the previous year, the Department of Admissions and Student Affairs will decide the average weight of presented successes. The scholarship is granted for a 9-month period from October to June.
To apply for this scholarship, you should register your application via USOSweb. Go to the "common section" tab, then choose "applications" and complete an application for the rector's scholarship for the best students.
Apart from filling out the application form in the USOS system, students need to upload documents supporting their academic, artistic, or sports achievements. The number of achievements taken into consideration by the scholarship committee is 3 academic/artistic achievements and 1 sports achievement. In the application, it is possible to list 5 achievements altogether. The committee chooses 3.
The Scholarship Committee will accept printed applications for the Rector's scholarship in Toruń at the Chemistry Department building (first floor lobby, 7 Gagarina St.) on October 9-11, 2024 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
