Start of term for University new authorities
With the beginning of September, the four-year term of the University's new authorities began.
On Monday 2 September, prof. dr habil. Andrzej Tretyn, the new Rector of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, and his team of appointed Vice- Rectors met at the first rector's meeting.
- dr habil. Adam Kola, NCU Prof., Vice-Rector for Research, First Vice-Rector;
- dr habil. Magdalena Barwiołek, NCU Prof, Vice-Rector for International Relations;
- prof. dr habil. Dariusz Grzanka, Vice-Rector for Collegium Medicum;
- dr habil. Joanna Kucharzewska, NCU Prof, Vice-Rector for Promotion and Cooperation with Social and Business Environment;
- dr habil. Radosław Sojak, NCU Prof, Vice-Rector for. Human Resources and Financial Management;
- dr habil. Monika Wałachowska, NCU Prof, Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education.
The four-year term of office for the dean's authorities and the Senate also begins. The Rector's Council also has new members as of 1 September.
The list of new chairpersons of the Discipline Councils, who were appointed by the Rector prof.dr habil. Andrzej Tretyn, completes the changes.
